What is the dress code for your wedding?

Dress your best! We recommend semi-formal / cocktail wear. The only colors we request our guests avoid wearing is white or any similar shades (cream, ivory, champagne, etc).

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to the intimate size of our venue and the limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones. We hope you understand!

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding day will be an primarily an adults-only event, with an exception to a few older children. We hope you can enjoy a night off!

Kids are welcome to join our welcome party the Friday night at Steins Beer Garden.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Our ceremony will be unplugged. Please put your phones on silent and keep them in your pockets/purses. There is a professional photography and videography team, and they’d rather have memories of your beautiful faces instead of phones.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know your dietary restrictions when RSVPing and we will do our best to accommodate you. Feel free to reach out to our planner, Yoko.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Everything will be outdoors but dancing will be indoors. We recommend dressing in layers as it could be chilly or warm throughout the day depending on inclement weather.

What is the weather like in the area on your wedding weekend?

Expect pleasant and mild weather around the time of our wedding! The average temperature during this time of year is typically around 78°F during the day and drops to low 60s/high 50s later in the evening. Chances of rain are low. You can check the weather here.

Although the deadline for booking on our room block has passed, you can still book a room through the hotel website.

Buses will shuttle guests to and from the venue. Here is the schedule:

Shuttles will depart at 4:15pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand.

Los Altos History Museum > Hotel Citrine
Buses will be parked at the venue and can shuttle guests back to the hotel throughout the night. The last bus will leave at 11:00 PM.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is a free public parking lot in front of and around the Los Altos History Museum. If the lot is full, there is available street parking around the area.

How easy is it to order an Uber/Lyft to and from the venue?

Although Los Altos is relatively small and quieter, it's close to larger cities like Palo Alto and Mountain View. Getting an Uber (even on a late Saturday night) should be feasible and just require a little patience.
